Before you buy

If you have questions about product fit, freight delivery, lead times, or warranty coverage, please reach out before placing your order. Most of our products ship via freight carrier and are not returnable once installed, so we'd much rather answer questions up front.

After your order

If your order has already shipped and you need help with delivery, damage claims, or returns, please email support@poolsupplynow.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For freight damage, please review the inspection steps in our Shipping Policy and notify us within the time windows listed there.

Returns and refunds
